Craps is one of the more exciting and social table games played in casinos today.
While the game does look complex and has its own extensive jargon like ‘boxcars’ -
‘hard ways’ and ‘horn bet’ it is a relatively simple game to master. Craps is usually
played on a large sunken table. The game is played with a pair of dice, which are
thrown by the ‘shooter’, a player who is currently holding the dice. Other players
may join in and place their own bets.
The game of Craps can be as simple or as complicated as you wish to make it.
There are quite a number of bets to choose from. In the simplest form of the game
you place a bet on the Pass Line and attempt to roll a seven...

Betting

Before you can play a game of craps you must first place your bets.You can place
your bet by left-clicking on any of the areas on the table felt marked as a betting area.
To remove a bet from the table right-click on the stack of chips. Your wager will only
be subtracted from your credits when you click roll. At the end of the roll, your
winnings and any other bets are added back to your credits, unless that bet is a point bet.

Features

The Roll button will start a game of Craps by rolling the dice. The Roll button will only work if there is a bet on the table.
The table felt is divided up according to the pattern of a traditional craps table. It is strongly suggested that you read up about the kinds of bets available in the Types of Bets section. To place a wager on any of these bet types simply left-click on the table to increase the size of your bet, and right-click to decrease.
The Chip Size menu allows you to adjust the size of the increments of your wager. By clicking on a pile of chips you increase it's bet by the denomination of the current chip until there are 10 chips, the pile will then change it's denomination to the next highest chip size. You may also right-click on a pile of chips to decrease its amount.
The Undo, Redo, Clear and Repeat buttons are provided to allow you to rapidly change the bets on the table.
The Undo button removes all changes made to the table since the last bet.
The Redo button reverses the effect of the Undo.
The Clear button removes all chips that are not on established points.
The Repeat button replicates the table's state before the previous bet as closely as is possible given that new points have been established and some betting fields become unavailable.

Playing the game

Playing Craps can be as simple or as complicated as you choose to make it. There are an extensive array of betting options available but you only need to understand a few of them to play the game, have fun and win.
Craps is a game of dice. You are betting on which numbers the next roll of the dice will produce (or won't produce). In its simplest form you (the shooter) will place a bet on the Pass line (or on the Don't Pass Line) and try to roll a seven or an eleven. If you succeed the bet will pay even money and you can make another bet. This first roll is called the 'Come Out' roll.
Should you fail to roll a seven or eleven then a 'point' is established on the number of the value of the dice rolled. Once a point is established your object is to roll the same number again before the next seven is rolled. If a seven is rolled you lose your bet. Once a point has been established you cannot remove your bet from the table.
While you are trying to make the point you can add extra bets to the table.

Types of bet

There are several types of bets that can be placed on the craps table:
The Pass Bet
This is a bet that you will throw a 7 or 11 on the come-out roll or, alternatively, that you will make the point before the next 7 is rolled.
The Don't Pass Bet
This is the opposite of the pass bet. This bet is placed against you (the shooter) and wins if craps (2, 3 or 12) is thrown on the come-out roll or if you fail to make the point. If a 12 is thrown, the bet ties.
The Come Bet
This bet is similar to the pass bet but cannot be made on the come-out roll. Traditionally the Come and Don’t Come bets are available to allow players just joining the table to take part in the action immediately, instead of having to wait for the shooter to make or miss the point!
The Don't Come Bet
Again, this bet is similar to the ‘Don't Pass’ bet, but cannot be made on the come-out roll.
Odds Bet
This is an additional bet made on a Pass, Don't Pass, Come or Don't Come bet that has already been placed. 'Odds' bets can only be made once the point has been established. The advantage of an Odds bet is that it is paid out at the correct odds.
Win Bet
This bet can be made on the following numbers: 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, and 10. It is a bet that the relevant number will be rolled BEFORE a seven is rolled.
Lose Bet
This bet can be made on the following numbers: 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, and 10. It is a bet that a seven will be rolled BEFORE the relevant number comes up.
Field Bet
This is a bet on the outcome of the next throw. It pays even money if a 3, 4, 9, 10 or 11 are rolled and pays 2 to 1 if a 2 or 12 are rolled.
Hardways Bet
This bet can be made on a 4, 6, 8 or 10. It is a bet that the relevant number will be rolled in its double form (i.e. 2 dice showing 4 would be HARDWAY 8) BEFORE a seven AND before that number is rolled in any other combination.
Any Seven
This is a bet on the outcome of the next throw. It pays 5 for 1 (4 to 1) if a seven is rolled in the next throw.
Any Craps
This is a bet on the outcome of the next throw. It pays 8 for 1 (7 to 1) if a 2, 3 or 12 is rolled in the next throw.
Craps Two
This is a bet on the outcome of the next throw. It pays 30 to 1 if a 2 is rolled in the next throw.
Craps Twelve
This is a bet on the outcome of the next throw. It pays 30 to 1 if a 12 is rolled in the next throw.
Craps Three
This is a bet on the outcome of the next throw. It pays 15 to 1 if a 3 is rolled in the next throw.
Eleven
This is a bet on the outcome of the next throw. It pays 15 to 1 if an 11 is rolled in the next throw.
Horn
This is a single roll bet on any craps (2, 3 or 12) and 11. Odds are paid out accordingly.
Big 6 and Big 8
These are a bet that the appropriate number (6 or 8) will be rolled before the next seven. It pays even money.

Whats the Come-out and On Roll?
The ‘Come-out’ roll is the first roll that you make after rolling a seven. It is also the first roll that you make upon entering the game for the first time.

To limit confusion for novice players, by default ALL bets are by default set to 'ON' on the ‘Come-out’ roll. With this option turned "ON" you may place a bet almost anywhere on the Craps table while "Coming out". For more information on "Coming out" please see the section called "Playing the Game".

If you prefer to have certain bets automatically called 'OFF' on a ‘Come-out’ roll, you can do so by un-checking the relevant bet on the "options" menu. The "options" menu is found at the top left of your screen. Please note that all options changed in the Options menu will retain their set state until altered again and will be retained even if you exit the game.

Bets that are on the table but have been automatically called off will have a large ‘Off’ symbol placed over them on ‘Come-out’ rolls. All bets called ‘Off’ on the come out roll can neither win nor lose on that particular roll.
